  1. EXPLAIN YOUR SYSTEM AND HOW THE PROCESS WORKS FROM THE TIME I PLACE AN ORDER UNTIL THE TIME I RECEIVE MY ORDER.
    Your order is placed via our web site or phone, and in the order that it is received, is entered into our system for processing. Processing, which takes 1-2 business days, includes among other things, address and phone number verification, credit card authorization and verification of "send to" information. All of these factors must be correct and in place before proceeding to the next step where your order is placed in the cue for shipping. This is the scenario in the perfect world. Any abovementioned factor that is out of place or incorrect will delay an order.
  2. ARE WICKED FUDGE PRODUCTS FREE OF NUTS OR NUT OILS?
    No, due to the nature of the production facility we cannot guarantee that your products have not come into contact with some form of nut or nut oil substance. If you have an allergic reaction to any nut based substances, you should not consume our products.
  3. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE MY WICKED FUDGE?
    On the counter out of direct heat.
  4. HOW LONG WILL WICKED FUDGE LAST AND HOW SHOULD I STORE THEM?
    Wicked Fudge will last up to 7months and this is indicated on the package/wrapper. Wicked Fudge has good heat tolerance when compared with chocolate but to be on the safe side avoid putting Wicked Fudge near a source of direct heat or a window.
  5. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
    Yes.
  6. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
    Shipping charges and options vary, dependent upon several factors. Ask your order taker when you call or when placing your order over our web site.
  7. CAN YOU ARRANGE OVERNIGHT OR OTHER SPECIAL DELIVERY OPTIONS?
    Yes, Just let us know what your request is and we will see what we can do to accommodate this.
  8. DO YOU OFFER RETAIL OPPORTUNITIES?
    Yes apart from Wicked Fudge retailing, to date we have only offered retail opportunities to the Café/Coffee shop industry but for retail opportunities and wholesale information please email info@wickedfudge.com.au
  9. DOES WICKED FUDGE OFFER LARGE AMOUNTS OF FUDGE FOR WEDDINGS, CORPORATE GIFT GIVING AND OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS.
    Absolutely! For corporate orders or orders going to many different locations, we suggest you compile your list and fax it to us (your order taker will provide you with our fax number). Please do not send us your order or credit card number through email. It is not secure!
  10. WILL YOU INCLUDE CORPORATE OR PERSONAL GIFT CARDS WITH ORDERS?
    Yes, ask your order taker for details.
  11. DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
    Yes, through Australia Post and or other courier companies, but we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates. Ask your order taker more for details.
  12. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
    Our order desk is open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 P.M. Monday - Friday. You may, of course, fax your order to us 07 3343 2148 or visit our website www.wickedfudge.com.au 24 hours a day.
  13. WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
    We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share the information we collect with other organizations, period.
  14. CAN YOU HAND DELIVER WICKED FUDGE in Brisbane?
    Yes, we use a Courier Service and remember we deliver Australia wide. Please contact us for details by calling 0412 888 846.
  15. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ONLINE ORDER?
    To ensure we have received your online order, an email confirmation address will be sent to the email address provided.
  16. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES WICKED FUDGE ACCEPT?
    We accept Visa & MasterCard from our web site. Company Checks for Corporate Gifts are accepted with prior arrangement and approval.
